My name is Tracy and my sister just introduced me to this site. After logging my calorie restricted diet it was crazy to see how many calories I eat in a single day. No wonder I can't lose weight and I feel so uncomfortably tired and bloated. Oy Vay. Well here goes the journey, again. Hopefully writing down what I eat will help me see how unhealthy I am and what I need to do to change. My mantra will be ONE DAY at a time ONE MEAL at a time. Which will be a stretch for me as after I get done eating I am always thinking about the next meal. Well here we go. Day 1 starts now on Sept 6th. :wink:

    yeah--- just try and stick to it even if you have a bad day -- thats uaully my problem but so far with wwatchers i have been doing pretty good!! :) and just so you know the calorie counter on here is practically the same as the points system that i can eat with wwatchers!
