who has done "Ripped in 30"???

Also Is it the same video for 30 days straight or is it like 30 day shred where you do different videos every 10 days? i just want to get all my ducks in a row before I begin. And If you have any input or advise on this work out please feel free :wink:

    Yes, this video is week 1, and yes -- you repeat one for 7 days and proceed to next level for another 7 days and so on.

    Yep. I've done Ripped in 30.
    There are 4 videos. Weeks 1 - 4. Each of which you are to complete 5-6 times that week. New week, start the new week's video.

    Looks like the link you have there is for week 1. There should be vids for subsequent weeks. Also, its less than $10 to buy, not much of an investment and you'd be certain to have the entire thing.

  • I just bought the DVD from BooksAMillion for $2! You do each working (1-4) for 1 week each, but she says to only do them for 5-6 days a week (and to definitely take off 1 day).
