Liquid coffee creamer

I have my food catagories set up as Protein, Fats, Fruits, Vegetables, Grains, Misc. I'm not sure if I should consider it a Fat or just list it as Misc. I will be weening myself off but want to document it until I'm completely absent of it!

What kind of creamer are you using? Some are higher in fat than in sugar and vice versa.0

I am curious as to why you are going to be weaning yourself off of it? But to answer your question, It is carb/fat/sugar/sodium, really doesn't fit into one pigeonhole.0

I consider it a fat.0

It's Nestle Coffee Mate Sugar Free Sweet Italian Cream.0

if it helps, to replace, I've been using a sugar-free powdered creamer for my coffee. 1 tablespoon (1 serving) usually does so much more for me than what liquid creamer does. I couldn't answer you on the other stuff though. Good luck!0

Protein and fat are macro nutrients. Veggy, fruit, and grains are food groups. If you're going to categorize what you eat you should pick just one classification. Different foods in a food group an have a carrying range of fat, protein, and carbs.0

Avacado - fruit or fat ? BIG DIFFERENCE0 -
I personally would add it to the "delicious and necessary to enjoy life" category. i think you forgot that one!!0

I concur!!! Although, kudos to your for trying to get cleaner about your diet. For me, that would be one of the last things to go. Personally I have been trying to reduce the amount I use. When I actually measured it out, one serving was a LOT less than what I had been putting in my coffee. What helped me was to measure it out and then add some more milk or splenda so I wouldn't go overboard with it.0 -
Also, another thing I have done is use some nonfat milk, splenda, and then add either cinnamon or vanilla extract if I wanted a bit more flavor.0

Hmm, after doing a few tests, I find that i need 1/4 cup of either milk or half and half in my coffee for it to taste decent..
i swear trying to eat low fat really takes the taste out.
if something is that important to be able to make this weight loss journey i would take the chance and add in the milk as long as it fits in my MFP numbers. thats just me.0
