Lentil stew/soup with beef. Help! How many calories?

My father makes this large pot of lentil stew/soup with beef. I have no idea how to "eyeball" the number of servings, and even if I did know how many servings I still would not know how many cup measurements to feed myself a moderate healthy amount!
I would assume he uses:
*water
*a pound to a pound and a half of beef,
*a 24 oz can of Hunts Pasta Sauce with Mushroom
*an 8 oz can of Hunts Sauce
*a 16 oz bag of lentils.
Is there any mathematical way to calculate the total caloric value of everything combined so I that I can accurately measure my serving in cups? Please help.

So, basically you guys are saying there is no way to measure my serving size in cups? Thanks anyway. I appreciate your repsonses.0

Write the recipie out that you are working on then, keep accurate track of what your adding, measure your portion scoops...one soup ladle is I'm gonna say tpycially 6-8 ounces by volume, enter it when your done! One Soup Ladle should be one serving.0

One bowl is approximately 2 cups0 -
I'd ask him for the recipe, then make it myself using the recipe builder and measure it out.
Usually a bowl is around 2 cups.0 -
No you just have to know how many people this recipe is intending to serve, and measure out how much is one serving!0

use the recipe builder and measure everything out...you can determine whatever you want as a serving size...I'd personally just measure it out cup by cup and how many ever cups you end up with, that's a "serving"...
It's either that or guestimate with stuff that is in the database...that can be a pretty big guestimate though because you have no idea how much of whatever anyone put in their lentil beef stew.0
