Whats the fastest way to lose weight in your stomach???

Im 5'5 and I weigh 165 the last time I checked. My goal weight is 135. I havent weighed frequently because my scale at home is broke and I need a new one, but I've been tracking my food very well since I joined MFP. Im supposed to consume 1,200 daily. I don't exercise, because I find it really hard to exercise at home..My main issue with my body is my stomach fat. I'm going to Panama City this upcoming Friday and I really want to lose the majority of my stomach fat by then so I can wear my bathing suit top and feel comfortable. Not all 30 pounds, just make my stomach shrink some, quickly..
Does anyone have any tips or anything? By the way I'm joining a gym on Monday

Consistently lose weight and it will go. Don't eat things that bloat you, drink more water. That's it, nothing makes you just lose stomach fat.0

I do not know of any quick fix for losing weight that works. Being healthy is a lifestyle change. It doesn't happen overnight, no matter how much we may want it to. It took me a long time to come to terms with that as well.0

My tummy is my trouble spot, too! It's the last spot that's showing results! I think we just keep working at it.

Fat works on a LIFO (Last In, First Out) system so just keep targeting all excess fat and your stomach will naturally get smaller.0

Cardio and some core exercises may do the trick, but yea just as it was mentioned, you can't really target a specific spot of a body. Best of luck0

You can't spot reduce, just focus on overall body fat and lift weights to retain your muscle.
Even if you could spot reduce it would not happen by Friday. Go out and get yourself a great bathing suit that flatters the figure you have now. Enjoy your trip. :flowerforyou:0 -

OP, you can't spot reduce. when you reduce BF, your body takes it from wherever. The belly is actually the last to go because it is the body's primary fat store. that's why bacon is so good...pig belly.0 -

Realistically, exercise and eating right are the only things that will get rid of a stomach pooch. Reducing alcohol consumption, drinking about 80 ounces of water a day, and eating primarily lean protein and green leafy veggies over the next week should help you see some reduction in the stomach by next Friday but nothing super significant because that's all exercise and healthy eating!0

Like everyone else said overall weight loss. Only way yo are getting rid of that by Friday is by magic... and if you find any of that feel free to share with some of us because I would love to get rid of my belly fat now too. Just be realistic. If you don't feel comfortable in your suit find something else to wear. Is your health really worth doing something risky to look good in a bathing suit?0

I didn't want to lose the weight unhealthily I mean I basically wanted to know if it was possible to do it by Friday. I just recently three weeks ago found this website and dedicated myself to staying on my calorie limit and have been trying to lose weight, honestly maybe I'm dumb but I didn't know anything about spot reducing. But now I know lol.
