Whats the fastest way to lose weight in your stomach???
Im 5'5 and I weigh 165 the last time I checked. My goal weight is 135. I havent weighed frequently because my scale at home is broke and I need a new one, but I've been tracking my food very well since I joined MFP. Im supposed to consume 1,200 daily. I don't exercise, because I find it really hard to exercise at home..My main issue with my body is my stomach fat. I'm going to Panama City this upcoming Friday and I really want to lose the majority of my stomach fat by then so I can wear my bathing suit top and feel comfortable. Not all 30 pounds, just make my stomach shrink some, quickly..
Does anyone have any tips or anything? By the way I'm joining a gym on Monday
