Im at my halfway point! (pic)

In the past I have struggled with eating disorders, from restricting to bingeing and back again. I could never "diet" without getting out of control and falling down that slippery slope again. Slowly I realized I needed to find a healthy mindset, and I practiced everyday. Although my body gained weight, I found my center and I learned to accept myself. After maintaining a positive mindset I just KNEW I could finally become healthy without slipping into my eating disorder again. I changed my diet and began exercising more and my weight fell off, and here I stand today, 15 lbs lighter, one month into my journey and I am at my half way point!
