Body Fat went from 23.8 to 22.2% in 3 days?

Is this possible? or is the machine wrong? also, if i lost fat that fast will it come back or does that only apply to muscle loss?
I weighed at my gym on wednesday and it said my BF was 23.8%, 109.6lbs, fat mass was something like 26.4lbs. That day, i ate 1600 calories (i'm a very healthy eater ) and i burned 400~ calories that day. Thursday i went to canada's wonderland so i walked all day and ate about 1550 cals. i still ate healthy, brought my own lunch. on friday, i took a rest day and ate 1780 calories healthy food again. Today I weighed my self and it said 22.2%, 110.4 lbs and i think 23lb fat mass. Is this right? or did the machine glitch!!??

Bioelectric impedance measurement (the kind you get with a scale or a hand held device like an Omron) is HIGHLY variable. How hydrated you are makes a HUGE difference. This is the kind of measurement you have to look at the trend over time, never 2 individual data points.
