I find this tracking to be very helpful with calorie counting and monitoring my exercise habits. This site is a motivator for me. I want to loose 35 more pounds and believe this site will help me stay on track to accomplish my goal.

It has helped me a lot. I have learned a lot about what a portion is. For instance I cooked myself a four oz hamburger tonight. It looked so small but it satisfied me.0
