First Day on Site

I find this tracking to be very helpful with calorie counting and monitoring my exercise habits. This site is a motivator for me. I want to loose 35 more pounds and believe this site will help me stay on track to accomplish my goal.

    It has helped me a lot. I have learned a lot about what a portion is. For instance I cooked myself a four oz hamburger tonight. It looked so small but it satisfied me.

    Welcome to MFP! I hope you find it as helpful as I have. It has made such a difference in my life. Just remember to log your food every day! Even if you go over your calorie goal, being aware of what you are eating is so helpful in changing your habits. Best of luck to you! =)
