I need an audience!

(Don't we all? Isn't that what social media is for? ^_~)

I've noticed that I tend to be more productive, and in a better mind set, when I am trying to help or motivate others. Whenever I give advice, I try to live up to it myself!

So I think I want to start blogging semi-regularly with my progress on my weight loss journey. If it helps to motivate just one other person out there, I know it will help keep me committed and motivated in return.

I can't promise that I will have time to follow all my friends and comment consistently (I will try!), but I can at least stay active by recording my own progress from start to finish.

Anyone is welcome to friend if you like! I'm gonna do it! Watch me fly!
