If you're not hungry all day, look into intermittent fasting with your eating window in the evening. Eat at night and just stay within your calorie range.0 -
could you do some protein powder in your coffee in the morning? That might help you from feeling so hungry at night0

I used to do the same because I wasn't eating enough during the day. Also, try to add more protein! I find that having a protein shake after the gym keeps me from snacking until I go to bed. Check out my diary if you like.0

Not sure if you have cracked this problem by now but would recommend you try to save 100kcal from the day when your not hungry and about half hour before bed have a muller light. It seems to sooth the tummy and the mind, the former by offering those necessary calories to ease the rumbles, and the latter, as you know a snack is still to come later in the evening0
