i just bought an ice cream maker for my mixer so i can make lactose free ice cream for my daughter. I want to personally take advantage of it too, does anyone have any low calorie ice cream or soft serve yogurt recipes? Thanks!!

    I'm not sure how well it would work with an ice cream maker, but I make ice cream by freezing a whole banana, and then putting it in the food processor with 1 tbs of peanut butter. It will start of looking crumbly, but if you keep pushing down the sides eventually it will have the texture of soft serve. It doesn't taste like regular ice cream obviously, but I find it delicious!

    I did this with Nutella instead of PB.
