where should i catagorize jillian micahels into exercise log

i have banish fat, boost metabolism..and i dont know how many calories i burned. i get different answers when i look online..what should i put it under? circut training, aerobics, etc. help!

    oh and I did 2 circuits yesterday which equaled out to 15 min i believe i had my heart rate monitor on and it told me I burned 312 calories in that 15 minutes!

    I do the biggest loser last chance workout with Jillian Michaels and I always put her in the cardio even though we workout with weights because it's an intermittent variation of both so that keeps it cardio. I wish that someone would add all the popular workout videos on here to make it easier for us to enter.

    I put that Banish Fat Boost Metabolism workout in circuit training, as that is what it is.. 7 different circuits. (-:

    awesome. thank u. and im surprised at how many calories u said u burned.. i cant do the whole video yet. but i do the warm up and 5 out of the 7 circuts..which is about 35 min.
