I've got to eat back my calories burned by exercise. I ate most, but I have one left...

What has one calorie?

The FDA does not require foods under 3 cal to be reported on the nutrition information labels. Most pickles report 0 cals. Eat a pickle. MFP won't register it as having eaten any cals, but you'll know the truth of the matter.

    Pickle? Tic Tac?

    A Tic Tac = 2 cals - can't binge on a full one!
