Need major help

So im going to be a freshman in highschool im 5,9 169 pounds im chubby not very fat i wanted to loose atleast 10-20 pounds before school which is in about 1 month i seem to loose about 4 pounds a week with highschool soccer conditioning (very intense workouts 4 hours straight running) but i somehow gain it back on the weekends i cant stop myself my mother works a very hard job works alot no time to come home and cook always bringing me junk i have no other choice so i get like 5 home cooked meals a month i really need some help note i cant tell my mom to stop bringing me food its not possible and sometimes she buys me a case of donuts or soda when i tell her not to and i cant help but to eat and drink i dont want it to goto waste

I'm impressed that you're trying to get healthy at such a young age, and that you recognize how junk food can really get in the way. Good for you! Can you ask your mom to buy you a bag of apples or baby carrots instead of donuts? Maybe if she knows an alternative before she spends money on the bad stuff, she'll remember to get healthy foods instead. Be gentle with her, because she probably just trying to make you happy, but let her know your goals. Best of luck!0

Forget about the waste it produces. But 5'9 @ 169lbs, you must be a giant going into highschool eh? Congrats to that, I was a shrimp.
Anyway, ignore the waste it produces. Eat healthy. Your testosterone (a hormone) is just about to hit it's peak, and will remain at that peak for the next 6-8 years. Your eating and exercise habits will determine whether you retain fat or burn it. Thank your mom for the treats, but perhaps ask for a fruit or mixed meat and cheese tray instead.
