last inch

i have lost about 45lbs. so far this year and still going strong...gym 6 days a week burning at least 750 per workout. diet has been really good eggs , oatmeal chicken and broccoli every day. but i have this last inch... can somebody tell me what i need to do to get the last bit off????

    If you have been doing exactly the same for a while do something to shake it up. Change the exercise routine or change the eatting habits for a few days. Some suggest zig zagging the caloric intake for a while, one day do +400 from normal, the next -100, +200, normal, etc. Keep the body guessing.

    ok starting this week i will stagger the routines for the next 4 weeks and see what happens!!!
