Can someone please help me out with how many calories this approx. burns .. and no i dont have those thing that tell u how many calories u burned. PLEASE AND THANK YOU

    It's really hard to say, considering that calories burned depends so much on your size and fitness level. Maybe someone more experienced can help, but I would guess that your best bet would be to measure your heart rate during the activity (you can do this just by measuring your pulse a few times if you don't have a monitor) and then using an online calculator.

    Again, this would just be a rough estimate based on your size, shape, and heart rate. Best thing to do would be to get a HRM.

    That's not cardio so a HRM isn't really appropriate.....

    Just use one of the online estimates.

    Can you enter it as dance or aerobics and see what it says for calorie burn?

    Thanks for posting this!!! I didn't know youtube had full clips of workout videos. I've been piecing together Zumba clips that I like, which works too. I'd say you can log it in as dance or Zumba! As others have already said, I don't know how much it would burn because it varies per person.
