Hello everyone,
Happy to be here. I am recovering from a burn out and my main reason to start exercising again was to get mentally fit again. In the last year and a half I stopped exercising while busy, study, shame and all the other excuses. No more. I have just finished the first four weeks of insanity and I am loving it. Lost 6 kg already and mentally getting better as well. Again happy to be here amongst like minded :-)

I'm right there with you! I used to exercise everyday then school and work got hectic and it just began to seem impossible to get a workout in! I'm trying to get back on track and hit the gym as much as possible so I can get back on track so feel free to add me!0
