Did this dvd for the first time today, and I love it. She is about as tough as Jillian. I like the fact that thedvd is suitable for all levels because you can modify it by either elevating or lowering your movementsw. No equipment is need, another plus. Her movements are not complicated but intense. The most complicated move for me was the last one in which you had to roll onto your back, roll forward, jump into a plank, do a pushup, jump your feet back up between your hands and repeat. The dvd consists of 5 circuits of three sets that you repeat. At the end of each circuit there is a specific core exercise. When Cathe says to take the breathing breaks when offered...take advantage of them! I recommend this dvd to really get your heart pumping.:smile:
