Hi! Welcome!
why not try real food and just using this site? It'll last longer and be easier/cheaper to maintain.0 -
Yikes - good luck with that! I need to EAT! LOTS of solid foods. LOL - I tried slim fast - and IF you can live that way, I'm sure it will work. I just couldn't do it. I have heard lots of sucess stories. And what is best - is whatever will work for you - and you will STICK to. Being on here will help big time. I wish you all the luck in the world!0

I'm not on the Slim Fast plan but, sometimes I use it as one of my snacks and, occasionally, as breakfast (if I'm not hungry) or lunch. It's really handy when I'm on the run and don't know if I'll be home in time to eat. The Cappuccino is delicious!0

I do Slim-Fast sometimes, like when I'm in a hurry and can't make myself breakfast or lunch before running out the door, and with 4 kids I'm always busy. SO I grab a shake, some dried fruit & nuts and a banana and that's my meal. I never drink the shakes or eat the bars alone, that's TOO small of a meal for me. And I don't really "follow" the SF diet, I just supplement when I'm busy. I've lost weight, but I also work out like a beast LOL. Feel free to add me if you like.0

If your goal is to lose a little weight, gain it back later and have nothing to show for your money, then you're on track!
Try using the site and making lifestyle changes, so it will last.

"If you're not going to eat now how you're going to eat for the rest of your life, you WILL eventually gain everything back you lose."
Someone told me this once that made a difference in my view of weight loss...passing along to you now. Best of luck! :flowerforyou:0
