I have this habit of doing really good during the day, and then at night I just binge and snack on everything.. How have other people gotten over this type of battle?

Binging late at night is what made me fat in the first place... Well that and beer. I've been able to chill out on the late night snacks by eating a serving of fruit or by making a fruit smoothie with fresh fruit and plain non fat greek yogurt. The Greek yogurt is high in casein protein which coats your stomach and is slow digesting, this will make u feel full for longer and helps maintain good blood sugar levels while you sleep. Hope that helps. Good luck.0

I drink lots of water ( I know it makes me wake up at night:(), I make sure I eat enough protein at dinner time, and I eat some fruits before going to bed. And, I log in to MFP just to check out other people's progress and that keeps me going.0
