    My P90X Transformation

    Officially finished with P90X today! What a journey I have had! From Anorexia to Bulimia to determined to achieved! When I started this journey, I knew that I had to make a change in order to be the wife & mother that God intended for me to be. I had to give up food as my comfort & start a healthier lifestyle! I started with P90X, Shakeology daily, & clean eating 90 days ago. Was it out of my price range? Yes. Was my husband hesitant? Double yes. But after 90 days & seeing the results I've had, I'm so happy I started! Not only am I in the best shape I've ever been, but I FEEL better! I have energy to get a million things done during the day & be the mother my kids need me to be. I'm feeling pretty blessed today & can't wait to see what the next couple months bring as I'm starting T25!

    After 90 days of P90X:
    140 lbs to 124 lbs
    25% Body Fat to 14% Body Fat
    Size 8 to Size 2
    Total Inches Lost: 14 inches
