I come from a family that is mostly overweight, but I have been fit most of my life. Never had a problem with my weight, but lately I have noticed my figure leaving and I'm gaining weight around my neck, face, and stomach area. I'm 21 years old and a college senior, usually pretty active playing basketball or some other sport 2 to 3 times a week. My diet consist of almost anything, fast food, pizza, ect. I'm trying to loose 10-20lbs in a month or so. Any suggestions on diet/activity?

    Hey, I'm in the same boat as you. In college, I've gained a lot of extra weight and playing basketball helps but I get tired pretty quickly. The best advice I can give you is to record everything that you eat with MFP. It helps you stay accountable and tells you if you're eating too many calories. Also, make friends and find support and motivation. Good luck and feel free to add me.
