Help rate my exercise level

Hi ,
Just want to ask some of yer opinions on this would ye consider my exercise to be moderate or active ! I work out at the gym for an hour 5-6 days a week doing cardio , I do 4 strength training sessions on top of this generally 35-45 minutes and I walk 5 days a week about 4 miles generally an hour of a walk
Moderate is 3-5 hours of moderate activity but then active is 6-7 days of intense exercise I feel like I'm somewhere in between
What do ye think ??

    don't over think it. pick a setting, track your scale and energy levels for a few weeks then adjust your settings is needed

    What DavPul said. The only way to figure out your energy expenditure and optimal intake is through trial and error.

    That sounds like good advice , only thing that's being bothering me is the whole netting below BMR which I definitely am doing on a daily basis because I set my activity to moderate And went by the using the TDEE - 20% method , and this whole slowing down your metabolism which I even question to be honest
    Anyway don't sweat the small stuff ya so ill keep working away with what I'm doing
