i just want to tone my body (get a bit bigger bum, slim my waist and get flatter tummy) and not lose too much weight, just look healthy and toned. i am 5'6 and have 119 lbs, midsection is where i gain weight when i do.
is this exercise program okay for toning ?

mon/wed/fri - 250x jumping rope, 2x15 lunges, 100 squats, 2x 5minute slimming waist exercise
tue/thu/sat - 30mins of bicycling, 3x 15mins of hula-hooping, 2x5 mins slimming waist exercise

and my diet is mainly healthy, i let myself have guilty pleasures now and then because as i said i am not really trying to lose a lot, just tone up.

and is squating x100 with 2kgs every other day enough to see results sometime..this year haha? (i have nothing heavier rn)

also, good luck to everyone exercising and reaching your goal!

well...there's really no such thing as "toning" per se. While what you're doing is ok...got a little cardio in there and all....if you really want to change things up, you need to start lifting. Lifting heavy will change your muscles in the way you seem to want. Good luck!

    Add resistance exercise and profit.

No, not a DVD using 2lb dumbbells.

Lift weights. Yoga. Pilates. Monkey Bars. Bodyweight exercises etc.
