I looove these cookies! Made some last night >.<

-2 ripe bananas
-1 cup old fashion rolled oats
-1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (or anything your choice: raisins, nuts, peanut butter chips, etc.)

1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
2.Mash the 2 bananas with a fork.
3. Stir in the cup of oats.
4. Stir in the chocolate chips, mix well.
5. Spoon onto baking sheet, shape into "cookie shape" (they won't spread hardly at all while baking)
6. Bake 15-25 minutes, oats on top of the cookies should be golden brown.
7. Cool and enjoy!!

I love, love, love these cookies! So easy, only 3 ingredients! Can't beat it.

Do you happen to know the nutrition facts, these sound sooo good and just need to know how to track it
in the food diary. I really have a sweet tooth today, may just have to try them out tonight!

Under Food, create a recipe and weigh out your ingredients and log them. Don't use someone else's nutrition as your ingredients will be different.

Makes about 10 cookies, depending on how big or small you make them. And the entire batch is roughly 820 calories. 300 for oats, 200 for bananas and 320 for chocolate chips.

Mine are in the oven as I type. I'm very excited, I will admit I was skeptical how this would work out. I had no idea bananas turned so liquidy when you mashed them!

I buy small bananas so I used two of those and a little less than a cup of oats. I added PB2 instead of chocolate.

I'll post after I've tried one, yay!

I have made these before. I found them rubbery and not very cookie-ish. They tasted okay (bananas) but the texture didn't work for me. Hopefully, others will disagree.

On the contrary, I agree with you. But I also found they didn't taste very okay. I'll never make them again.
