calories counted for marinades?
So I'm making this tequila lime chicken....
It marinades in tequila, olive oil, cilantro, and jalepenos..
How do I count the calories for the marinade? I know the meat soaks up SOME of those ingredients...but not all of them...how do I count it?

Weigh the marinade before and after marinading to see how much was absorbed by the chicken.0

I would just calculate the total amount of calories in the marinade and then add that to your entire dish divided by the number of servings. I tend to over-estimate than under tho.0
