Ok, hopefully this pic works lol. I was going through some of my old clothes this morning and came across my old favorite shorts. When I first got these they were tight (i could button them, but there was very little wiggle room).

I was at my highest when I could wear these, right around 250lbs..now I'm at 188, and have absolutely no intention of going back! My goal is 145-150..so close, yet so far lol
