Hi ! I'm 20 yrs old, 5"0 inches tall, and I weigh in at 110 lbs. I have a nice shape with the exception of my l stomach(just gave birth). I'm interested in getting fit and working out but i'm afraid that i'll become underweight. What do you suggest I do ? Is there really a such thing as being too small to exercise ? Thanks in advance !

I think if you set your MFP goal to maintain weight and eat back your exercise calories you can build muscle and tone up without losing weight.0

Body weights and lifting. Keep your calories above your TDEE and try not to die from exhaustion.0

No, there is no such thing as being too small to exercise! 5'1" and 103 here (and 41 Y.O. to boot), and I exercise plenty (and eat plenty too, most of the time). But you do have to FUEL the exercise, or you will just get skinny, which is not the same as getting fit (trust me, I know), and I assume this is what what you are concerned about. Spend some time reading the forums and especially learning about lifting heavy weights and calculating and eating at a proper total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) level and then get out there and do it. You're starting out with a great advantage over many others, have fun with it!0
