Hi, my name is Jose. I'm 18 years old.

I wanna get some advices from exercises. I can't afford a gym, all I have is a jumping rope.

I wanna know an exercises' routine with my corporal weight and the rope

    First I would suggest looking up on youtube or google for body-weight exercises. There are plenty of exercises you can do to get in shape that don't involve weights or expensive equipment. Here a few to get you started; push ups, sit ups, crunches, dips, planks, squats, lunge, scissor kicks, bicycle kicks, jumping jacks, walking, jogging, & running. if you can get to a park that have some form of bars you can try pull ups and muscle ups.
