I am *just* under 5'5". When I started, my goal weight was 60kg/132lbs, but when I got there I felt like I wasn't quite done yet, so adjusted my goal weight to 57kg/125lbs. I ended up going down to about 55kg/120lbs, which is where I'd like to stay -- I'm currently figuring out maintenance. Feels good for me0

I am 5'5" and currently weigh 143. My goal weight was 140 and my highest weight was 180. I am 64 years old and am wearing a
Chicos size 00 or 05 which Is like a size 6 ( I think). I was thrilled to get to the size 8 and would be happy if I can just stay at the weight I am now.0 -
I'm 34 years old, 5'3" tall, and weigh 155 at the moment. My goal is 130. My starting weight was just about 220. A few summers ago I got down to 137 and was pretty happy there, but I lost that weight due to stress and quickly put it back on when I started being able to eat again.0

I am 27 years old and 5' 4.5". I would consider myself between small-medium frame. My goal is between 125-130. I will see how I feel and look and just adjust when I get there. I think under 125 would be too skinny for me. My lowest weight was 127 when I was 21 and I really liked how I looked and felt.
Feel free to add me if you want a friend with similar goals! I know I like having friends who are in the same boat! :flowerforyou:0 -
I am 5'5 and my goal weight is 145 pounds. I started out weighing 248 and wearing a size 20 and 9 months later I now weigh 154 and wear a size 10. I would like to lose 9 more pounds to reach my goal. I would like to be a size 8, but I am content wearing a 10. I feel great and I haven't been this size since my 20's.0

I am 5'5 and 145 was my ideal weight but I am a little more larger boned than some women that are 5'5.0

I'm 5' 4" and my original goal was 133lbs. (a 20lb weight loss). Now that I'm close to my goal, I'm going to go for more. I'm aiming for 125 lbs. now. Good luck!0

I'm 5'5 and I'm 122lbs now. My goal weight is 115lbs - originally, I wanted to get down to 112, but I don't know if that's possible if I keep wanting to gain muscle!0

We have similar goals..!! My first goal is to reach 60kg, then I want to go down to 57 and finally, my ultimate goal weight is 55... It seems like a long way to go..!!
(I'm a bit over 5'5, almost 5'6)0 -
I'm 5' 5.7" (167cm) and my goal weight is 145-150lbs (66-68kg).0

I was 140 (I'm 5'5ish) in my 20's.. and it was just about right for me then. However, after having spent the last 10 years well over 220 - (my SW January 20, 2013 was 247.6) - I will be more than happy at anything <165.
I am currently (as of this morning) @ 204 - I'm 38 years old... so I'll be happy with anything <165 lol.
I'm pretty big boned and @ the 140-160 zone, I was pretty fit & trim.. I think I wore a 30" waist pant..and while that's not super skinny, it was just about right for me. I'd be happy with that again (especially since I've now had a baby).. Honestly, for my age, gender, and height.. I feel pretty good about anything under 165. - Which would put me in the "healthy weight range"..0 -
Well I'm 5'5 and a good weight for me is a solid 200... that's when my curves come alive...0

I am 5'5 and weigh 145. I have a very curvy booty and lower half lol. I would like to hit 140 but I feel pretty good at 145 also.0

5'5" and I am trying to stay in a window goal of 125-130 lbs.0
-
5'5 currently at 138, wanting to get to 130lbs. Maybe less.0
-
5'4'' and plan to be about 130lb, although I'm starting to get into my comfortable weight range right now around 145lb.0

Around 135 is best for me, with a 5 pound window in either direction. Above 140, I start to feel uncomfortable and my clothes don't fit right. Below 130, I start to look a little bony.
However, not only does the same weight look different on different people, the same weight can look completely different on YOUR body depending on lean mass. With more muscle, I'm a lot smaller at the same weight.

Im 5'4 and wiegh btwn 128-130, to me that weight looks best on me.0

It's crazy how different the same weight can look on people. I'm at 164lbs now, down from about 185lbs in Jan - my weight got outta control, non stop takeaways etc., the nightmare of living with a food guzzling boy! I can't say I'm unhappy with my weight now, my legs, arms, and face have gone down substantially and my tummy's beginning to be pretty flat again. I'm a 12 (UK sizes) on top and a 14 on bottom, although my jean size has never gone below a 14 even when I was an 8 on top.
I think I'd be more than happy at 150lbs, I seriously think if I went down to 140lbs I would start to look weird. I look at pics of me when I was around 133lbs and my body just didn't look womanly enough - I would miss my boobs and butt too much!!0
