    I wasted over a decade and a half of my life being "stuck in my own head." Well, that is over.

    Is that the answer?? I need to pull my head out of my @ss to do this? I wonder. Have I been stuck in my head for 27 years and now the only way for me to lose weight is to come back to reality and face what I've done?!

    Our 40's truly are the best years of our lives, at least so far, I agree. Awesome job!! I am down 90 lbs. and feeling awesome!
