My Name is Courtney I been slowly fixing my food from the junk to more healthy food. but just a short while ago I got a call from my dr. telling me my cholesterol is slightly elevated. slightly is more than enough. I realized that I found every excuse not to cook properly and healthy. I use the fact that husband is on deployment to comfort myself in food. so I decided to join this site and hopefully get the support I need even if its a good kick in the you know what as well as give support. I don't want to teach my kids these bad habits and I don't want the quick fixes. If anyone can give me tips I would love it. I also recently joined the YMCA and using there fitquest program. Thanks

I really want to try that. i feel good after a workout but its boring on the bike or treadmill if its fun for me its not that bad to workout. thanks for friending me:) hope you had a good workout0
