frustrated..must hide the scale..

last thursday I was weighing in at the lowest I have ever been... and ever since then I've been weighing in 3 lbs more... I am so frustrated..I work out every other day or so..but I am doing a bit more weights..so i'm hoping its just that.. Idont notice it in my clothes..but I do think that I am retaining a bit more water... going on a crazy water binge today, and sticking to my calories...i'm hiding the scale till my weigh in day on thursday!! UGH!

    The best thing I ever did was get rid of my scale for a while. I focused on measurements, pictures, and the way my clothes felt. It will really save your sanity.

    I just recently had my bf hide my scale so I don't even know where it is, helps me remember that the scale is only a number and like BellaIron said, measurements, pics, and the way your clothes fit are much better!
