    This is probably a good time to ask a snatch question that I have.

    Several lifters at my gym volunteered assistance when they saw my snatch. One was very dominant and suggested that I should re-think starting on the floor. He positioned me in mid-hang and said do it there and we will add the complexity over time as I get better. He said hang is next and finally he will take me to the floor.

    Should I trust him? I don't want to damage my snatch or develop bad habits.
