Starting up again in Milwaukee, WI

Starting up seriously on my weight loss journey again. I've been using the myfitnesspal app a lot, but this is the first time joining the community.

Just a little background, I'm a 31 year old single guy. I've always been fat, from kindergarten on up. I grew used to it, and finally gave in to it. I was around 300 pounds when I graduated highschool. Over the years I steadily gained and gained. Finally, about 3 years ago, I was getting really close to 400 pounds and my first niece was born. Those two things finally kicked me into changing my habits. I won't detail the entire process here, but by the beginning of this year, I had lost 110 pounds. That's when I hit my plateau. I couldn't take off anything more. So I kind of took an unplanned break from my diet. I haven't gained anything back, thankfully, but I haven't tried to loss anymore either. I figure if I go on too long I'll start regaining, and that's too easy of a habit to slide into for me.

I've decided to resume my journey to attempt to get to 200 pounds. I've set no time frame on it, I figure that leads to failed expectations, which can sabotage me. The things I'm going to work on are at least a weekly, hopefully daily, update here, with my good and bad moments for you all to see.

So I'm asking for all of your help, to keep me accountable and lend me your support and encouragement. Thanks!
