saved calories

hey

im new to this just started today

i wondered if it allows you to save some calories each day to put towards the weekend / social occassiins or do you have to use them all each day ???

    I base mine on a weekly average rather than daily. So my goal is 1500, but I'll often have 1200 a day during the week and have 2000-2500 on weekends. Works for me, it's called calorie cycling.

    Yeah, you can do that. I created an exercise called "Banked calories" if I'm purposefully saving for a special event, like a birthday dinner or something. You can specify the calorie burn if you have a HRM or something, so I just log "banked calories" as exercise and input the number of calories I've saved, and it automatically adds them to my allotment for the day of the event.
