I'm a 24 year old female I'd be lying if I said I wasn't always "ready" just more so after a workout...
Wait until you're 46. You'll realize you had no idea what "ready" meant when you were 24.0 -
oh yeah baby
you would think it was winter with the high beams on when I lift!0 -

I'm sure that's not the same for everyone.. age doesn't necessarily play a factor.. I've know women older and younger with no sexual desire0 -
Yes, like incredibly so. Most days after working out I can't even make it out of the locker room.0
-
Yes and oh yeah...yes.
It possibly could have something to do with me doing my cardio right by the free weights and the squat racks.0 -

Absolutely does, and a second workout with the right workout partner in the shower is always an added burn! (and I am seeing a trend on this topic!)0

The idea of it is very sexy, and for me sometimes I am but usually no. Like someone else said I like to get clean before I get dirty0
-
Yes, in a very intense way....especially if I am paid a compliment, dirty look or if I get a flirtatious smile at the gym...I can hardly contain myself0

Waking up pretty much does it for me... Obviously there must be times I don't even have to be awake...:bigsmile:0
-
yep, once the endorphins start to flow, its a natural thing.0
-
I'm always there. The workouts just amplify things by an orer of magnitude or two.0
-
I have to agree!! For a start, I'm pumped up and I wanna put that energy to good use! There's nothing better than the feeling you get after exercise...why not continue that enjoyment!!0
-
Honestly, an easier question to answer would be, 'When am I NOT in the mood?' (I'm a 25 year old female though...) But yes, especially so after a good work out...
And for those who say, 'Eww, sweatiness....Gross...'...Honestly, am I the only one who thinks shower sex is hot?0 -
For me, it doesn't. I do feel very strong and powerful after a workout, but I'm pretty sure I'd want a shower before even thinking about being in the mood.0
