    This is my amazing mother. She is being so modest talking about her journey this last year. No only has she lost all this weight by eating right but she has also worked her way up from being a student at a local water aerobics class to becoming the instructor, she also goes to the gym 3 times a week and goes on regular walks and hikes. She is a wonderful grandma to my baby and mother to my siblings (including the 12 y.o. still at home) and myself. I am very proud of you mom.
