What 100 cal. snack has 19g of protein, 2g fat, 0 carb?

3 oz. of boiled/steamed shrimp. Cheaper than a lot of protein bars.

I love shrimp but it's so expensive... I'd think a protein bar would fill me up more for the price. Shrimps are like, $20 a lb or something ridiculous here... definitely not cheaper than a protein bar.

Got shrimp yesterday because I saw how much protein I got from the maki I had the other day.
I've been putting it in our salads to change things up.
The medium shrimp at my grocer is about 7 or 8 dollars a pound.
I think the protein bars would last me longer, but to be honest I love the excuse to buy the shrimp, haha.
