One year on MFP and 77 pounds down with pictures

Here I am with my sister in 2012, before my daughters introduced me to MFP. I had pretty much resigned myself to being fat and told myself I just needed to learn to accept it.

This past Saturday we returned to the same mall to celebrate my baby sister's birthday. I still have over 80 pounds to lose but it's exciting to see that working my butt off to get almost to the halfway point has made an actual visible difference!

    I've tried to get my sister on board, but she's just not ready to make the commitment yet. As we all know, this thing is as much a head game as anything else!
