5ft1 here! My goal is 112lbs but all depends on how i feel when i get closer to it! As to whether I stop and maintain before that or after. I'm gonna go with how i feel0

I'm 4'10" with a med/large frame (pretty sure it's med. though), and currently 125.6 lbs. I want my UGW to be 115, but I wont complain about the number so long as I look lean and toned0

I'm 5' with a goal weight of 115. The scale number isn't as important as clothing size for me - my goal is to get back in a size 4 - since thin and toned weighs more than thin & untoned.0

I'm 4'11 and would like to be about 105-110. I was 162
but now about 125ish. I have an *kitten* and tatas so not sure If I will ever get below 110 but I'm gonna just work hard and stop when I am happy

I'm 5' petite frame as well. I'd like to be at the low end of a normal BMI which would be around 95 pounds.0

This is a cool "goal weight calculator" based on your desired % body fat.0 -
IBW at 5'0 is around 100-110 lbs.
I'm 5'1 and 96lbs...0 -
I'm 5'2" and started at 180 lbs. My original goal weight was 120, but once I met that I decided to see what 115 looks like because I still had a belly. I gained some back and did 30DS and feel better/look better than I ever have. I mostly chose my goal weight for completely arbitrary reasons: 120 was somewhere near the middle of a healthy BMI for my height and then 115 because I still wasn't quite happy with how I looked. Pretty happy with my weight where it is (around 123) and I think I'm becoming part of the camp "it's-not-about-your-weight" mostly because the more strength training I do - the more results I've seen than dieting and cardio alone. Your question is pretty tricky - it's really a personal choice and what your fitness goals are. It can't hurt to talk to a doctor about it either.0

I am 5ft0, and very petite also... I was wondering the same thing! I'm around 117Ibs which is quite a lot for my size, although muscle weighs more than fat.
117 is not quite a lot for your size.
Oh I'm 4' 11" and my goal is between 125 and 130.0
