The pictures are my before pics, hoping to lose 30-40 lbs by labor day. Scaling down the calories and walking 30-60 minutes each night.

    I am on track to lose 65lbs and I have lost 20 lbs the first month. Stay strong and log you food and excercise faithfully. You will be eating properly in no time.Add me if you need some support

    Walking is a great start!! What's even better is that you have committed yourself to a healthier lifestyle. I started my journey back in Dec 2011 with a hell of a wake up call but with a purpose to big enough to help me get healthier. And the answer to that was to make sure that I'll be around for my wife and kids. With consistency of good eating habits and working out, I was able to lose 63 lbs. Feel free to add me if you'd like.
