I usually have a Quest protein bar or 3-4 oz of plain Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup pumpkin flax granola or fresh blueberries mixed in.0

Hot chocolate or warm milk with cardamom and cinnamon.1

i like a yogurt or a 90 calorie brownie lol0

Wine. Sometimes brie and apples with the wine. But yeah, lots of wine.1

Depends on where my calorie count and sugar count are for the day.... Definitely something with protein - if not I wake up starving the next morning. I vary between some fruit (apple or banana) and peanut butter, Wheat Thins and Sharp Cheddar Slices, or a yogurt parfait made with Greek Yogurt and a variety of add-ins depending on the flavor of the yogurt I am using.1

1/4 cup of Almonds with 2 servings of Krave double chocolate cereal (dry of course) been my goto snack for quite some time..... if I have the calories I throw in a glass of 1% chocolate milk..... Got to get my chocolate fix0

Cottage cheese and pineapple, an apple, or wasabi flavored seaweed0

Popcorn, peanut butter toast, granola, an ice pop, or sometimes I save dinner and eat the other half later.1

If I have enough carbs left, I'll have a big bowl of high-fiber cereal with 1% milk. That's my dream snack, I'm a cereal-aholic. If I don't have a lot of carbs left, I'll have a Greek yogurt or a piece of fruit. Still carbs, but not as many. I need sweet at the end of the day.0

Popcorn made with 1 tbsp coconut oil and sprinkled with Epicure's Maple Kettle Corn seasoning, or a Quest bar (chocolate brownie, raspberry white chocolate, choc-PB, or 1 peanut butter cup)0
