weight training calories

Is there any way on this site to calculate the calories for weight training?? I record the exercise, but I haven't found the calorie counts fro them

    Cals burned by weight training is really iffy, best way to determine: eat a base number of calories for 2 weeks, see what your weight does. Change calorie goal accordingly

    Just enter it under cardio then it will show you an approximate calorie burn.

    I just asked that same question. If you go under Cardiovascular and type in strength training you'll get a rough estimate. I was told by "My Fitness Pal" that it's not accurate but I guess it's better than nothing.

    Search for "strength" under "Cardiovascular" and enter it there. Just keep in mind that it's going to be a VERY rough estimate.

    I believe you can also search for specific exercises, but not positive on that.
