    A non scale victory. Something you accomplished from losing weight/getting healthier that doesn't pertain to the scale. I've seen it be anything from fitting into old clothes, using a new loop on the belt, being able to finish a workout video without stopping, etc.

    non scale victory. i.e smaller clothes size, defined muscles, lift more, kicked a bad habit-- that kind of stuff

    It means 'non scale victory'. Basically anything you're proud of/ excited about that doesn't have to do with your actual weight. Ex: fit into smaller pants, ran longer than you have before... whatever
