Got diet/exercise book suggestions?

I find that it is hard for me to 'just stick to healthy foods and exercise.' I am thinking that if I follow a set plan (do/eat this and that) maybe it will be easier.
So, are there any books that you recommend?

Someone recommended Mindless Eating to me... I found it full of great info. Not an eating plan type book but still a great read0

I personally like Gillian McKeith's You Are What You Eat book - she details what foods are good for what ailments and gives some sort of a plan that is actually pretty easy to understand. She has several books out and she used to have a TV show on BBC, you can watch full episodes of the show on You Tube if you want to know more about her and her plan. The show is also called "You are what you eat".0

I did alternate day intermittent fasting, from the book The Alternate Day Diet by Dr. James Johnson and lost 50 pounds0

I bought 2 books: The Women's Health Big Book of exercises and Sculpting Her Body Perfect.
Thank you all for your suggestions!0
