Headache after workouts

Options
I just started working out and I do the elliptical. I get a headache after working out. I know I'm drinking plenty of water. Anyone what causes it or how to help them? Thanks!

Maybe you're overworking yourself a bit.

I used to get headaches after working out as well. However, I just went for my first run tonight in a long time, I slowed down to an average pace of 6km/hour for 36 minutes (ran about 4km).
I definitely focused on keeping a reasonable pace and my breathing - I believe that's what was causing my headaches. Especially not breathing properly!

If it's not an issue of hydration or overheating, check you're not tensing your shoulders, neck, jaw etc.

How much are you drinking? I know you said your drinking enough but it might not be enough still.

Make sure you're staying relaxed and stretch out your neck and shoulders.

How's your food intake? Are you dizzy or lightheaded at all? Low blood sugar can do this.

I get workout headaches when I haven't had enough protein. How are your macros?

Sometimes I get those.. And a couple of almonds or some other food helps me a bit.. Maybe you're working too hard? Are you drinking enough water during the work out?
