    Extremely sunny London, have managed to loose a considerable amount of weight over the last 18 months now Im trying to get myself beachfit and get better at tracking my daily calories and maintaining my macros to help me get in the best shape ever. Currently on 2054 Caloriess a day / low carbs, high protein and low fats

    117g carbs,
    247g protein
    66g Fats
