selenium sulfide or pyrithione zinc?

Selenium sulfide has a less complicated chemical structure, and it did kill the aliens in Evolution, so it has that working for it.

Pyrithione zinc sounds like a cross between organophosphate and pyrethroid insecticides, which sounds cool.

What's your choice?

Since I took the time to google what the heck you are talking about, pyrithione zinc is my choice.

 Sad I knew this, because I am OCD about ready active ingredient labels.

Pyrithione zinc did some weird *kitten* with my hair. Don't know if it was actually that ingredient or some other inactive ingredient that did it. None the less, I didn't use another one with it in it.

Selenium sulfide is the way to go. Of course I only need to use maybe two of the dry, winter months.
